Chelsea was extremely helpful in our journey as parents to understand a baby’s sleep needs and our baby’s specific habits. First, she met with us to learn who we want to be as parents, our lifestyle needs, and sleep goals. She used this info to create a custom sleep plan. Once the sleep training process began, Chelsea was available and supportive of all of our questions and concerns. Now, we are confident on our own and can adapt to travel, time changes, etc because of the knowledge and toolset provided in this experience. Our lives are changed!

I’m a postpartum doula, pediatric sleep coach, and a mom. When we got home from the hospital, I thought I knew a lot about sleep and how to get on a good schedule. I was wrong. I did know a lot, but the books I read ended up not being a good fit for our family. I craved some guidance that aligned with the way I wanted to support my brand new baby.
