Hi! I’m Chelsea, and I’m so glad you’ve found my little corner of the internet. I support new parents through both postpartum doula care and sleep coaching—so your whole family can feel more rested, confident, and supported in the newborn stage and beyond.

When my daughter was born, I quickly learned how overwhelming (and beautiful!) life with a baby can be—especially with so much conflicting advice around infant sleep. That experience inspired me to become a certified sleep coach and postpartum doula, so I could help other families find clarity,  peace of mind, and rest.

Today, I offer personalized sleep solutions that fit your baby’s needs and your parenting style. Whether you’re navigating those tender first weeks or working toward better sleep routines, my goal is simple: to help you feel less alone, more confident, and well-rested.
